LUCRETIA EIRLYS HIEMS the basics Full Name • Lucretia Eirlys Hiems Nicknames • Yet to be granted. Age • Twenty four. Rank • Ki̱demónas Birthday • 1st January, 1993 Marrital Status • Single. Gender • Female. Sexuality • Demihetero. Race • Lycian the appearance Face Claim • Elle Fanning Height and Weight • 5' 120lbs as human, 25in SH 156lbs as wolf Identifying Features • A large jagged scar rakes down across her chest in both her human and wolf form. In both forms she has striking blue eyes, with a patch of brown in her left eye. Overall Appearance • Lucretia definitely looks younger than she actually is, and strangers never let her forget it. Her eyes are intense and blue, always deeply thinking over the different situations she's in and examining her surroundings. There's a small brown patch (heterochromia) in her left iris only. Her hair is platinum blonde, thick and straight, often a bit frizzy and messed up but she certainly cleans up well when the situation calls for it. She could definitely pass for an ice queen type, smiles rarely grazing her lips. She has a lithe build with subtle curves, and innocent freckles spot across her nose and cheeks. A huge scar rakes across her chest, just to the side and low enough to not be visible in most clothing. She's on the small end for an arctic wolf when she transforms. Very small. But far from weak. Though more lithe, she's definitely muscled beneath her thick white fur. There's no way to hide her huge scar in this form, but other than that she is more or less marking-less, leaving her other most identifying feature to be the same blue eyes with the brown spot she has as a human. the personality Likes • Winter, sitting by a toasty arm fire, Lord of the Rings (and other fantasy novels), writing. Dislikes • Adults who are far too rambunctious, unnecessary drama, whining, slackers. Strengths • Stealthy, perceptive, crafty, practiced martial artist. Weaknesses • Size gives her disadvantage in head-on fights, unsympathetic, occasional bouts of breathlessness, struggles to trust others. Dreams • Just to make it to old age. To survive. Fears • Drowning. Being in any situation where she might have to swim. Overall Personality • Lucretia definitely can come across as cold, if only because she is incredibly unsympathetic when people complain about their lives. She has little to no pity for those going through hard times, insisting that life is what you make of it so if you want a better life it's up to you. You can't blame the world for your woes. Despite her unsympathetic stance, she actually has a deep capability for empathy and understanding viewpoints, even if she doesn't agree with most of them. Overall, Lucretia is very inflexible in her morals, but adaptable to surviving in different environments. She's steadfast and sure of herself, and doesn't much like taking sole responsibility for anyone but herself. She's a bit of a loner in that regard. Lucretia definitely qualifies as an introvert in that she doesn't hate socializing, but she finds it quite exhausting. She often makes sure to go out on her own, taking walks to quite places where she can read or write on her own. the history Father • Mercucio Hiems | unknown Mother • Freya Hiems | dead Siblings • Virisca Hiems | alive Important People • Ray | alive, Thalen | alive Hometown • Ivujivik, Quebec Overall History •Lucretia and Virisca were twins, born far north in a remote town in Quebec to Freya and Mercucio Hiems. Their parents seemed like an average couple to the outside world, but most of the town was in fact inhabited by an Arctic Lycian pack. The community was tight-knit, and it was well known among the pack who was and who was not Lycian kind. Their life was safe and secluded there, but Lucretia learned young that safety is an illusion. Eventually the time came that peace would shatter. Their world fell apart when their mother and father, the leaders of their pack were attacked in a battle for dominance. The attack came secretly, in the night. Their mother was killed, but their managed to usher the girls out a window and run with them. There were too many raiding to fight back. There was no recovering their mother's body. They changed into wolves, and raced away into the wild of the cold north. Days passed before they reached another town. The following months haunt Lucretia to this day. Doing all that they could to avoid contact with humans as much as possible while traveling further and further south. Mercucio was certain that their attackers were not just going to let them go. He insisted they were being pursued. Yet, one night, when the family was holed up in an abandoned shack, Mercucio disappeared. The twins waited him to return. He didn't. Days passed, then months, then the twins came to a decision. They had to keep moving south. Close to the US border, the girls were starving and alone, and becoming less and less careful about revealing what they were. They were spotted transforming by a young man named Ray, who himself was a Lycian. He took the girls in, under the understanding that they would work to pay their way. They joined his pack, and quickly got involved in a precarious crime syndicate made up of Lycians. The leader of this group was Thalen, a handsome young man with dashing good looks (of course!). The girls learned how to fight and defend themselves, as well as the art of thievery and scamming. Lucretia in particular showed talent in more roguish stealth and fighting skills, but Virisca had a particular talent as a con artist. As they grew into more mature young women, Thalen took an interest in courting Lucretia, but she was having none of it. Her scorning his advances led to a fight. Thalen gave Lucretia the scar across her chest, but she managed to escape with her life. She returned to Virisca, insisting they had to run now or Thalen would come back to finish her of, but to her surprise, Virisca sided with Thalen, telling her sister she had not right to refuse the pack leader and that she should count herself lucky. Lucretia was crushed. She left alone. Eventually Lucretia made her way across the American border (obtaining appropriate papers with the help of some friends she'd made). Her sister's betrayal assured her she couldn't trust anyone, but she wasn't so foolish to think she should stay on her own. Eventually Lucretia would find a new pack in her new home. She still wonders from time to time where her father was, and what happened to her sister after she left. the role player Alias • Des Age • 24 Time Zone • EST State You Live In • The good ol' fresh water state.
